Recipe for making Prawns Vada. (Chemmeen Vada)
- Prawns – 1 cup
- Shallot -10 nos
- Ginger slices – 1 tbspn
- Garlic -6 nos
- Green chili – 3 nos
- Shreaded coconut – 1/2 cup
- Red chili powder – 1 tbspn
- Termeric powder – 1/2 tspn
- Curry leaves

- Grind garlic, shallot, green chili, ginger slices, curry leaves well. Grind it again with prawns,shredded coconut,red chili powder,turmeric powder and salt.
- Take some portion from this, place it on your palm and make a flattened shape.
- Heat oil in a pan and fry it in a low flame.
Now our is ready for serve!
