Ingredients:

  • Chicken liver – 1/2 kg
  • Onion – 2 nos.
  • Ginger garlic and green chili paste – 2 table spoon.
  • Coriander powder – 1 table spoon.
  • Red chili powder – 1 table spoon.
  • Turmeric powder – 1/2 tea spoon.
  • Garam masala powder – 1/2 tea spoon.
  • Black pepper powder – 1 table spoon.
  • Coconut oil – 2 table spoon.
  • Salt
  • Curry leaves

Method:

  • Heat oil in a pan.
  • Add onion to this and saute it well for two minutes.
  • Put ginger garlic green chili paste to this after having onion saute well.
  • Add coriander powder red chili powder and turmeric powder after raw smell has gone.
  • Add livers and mix well with them.
  • Put some curry leaves.
  • Add salt to taste.
  • Add some water for having these mix to be cooked.
  • Add garam masala powder and mix it well.
  • After get it dried add some coconut oil and fry it well.
  • After having this liver mix fried add black pepper powder, curry leaves and mix it well.
  • Switch off the flame and serve hot.
