Ingredients for the Coconut cake:
- All purpose flour – 2 cups
- Baking powder – 1 tspn.
- Egg – 4
- Oil – 1 cup
- Shredded coconut- 1 cup (fresh)
- Vanilla essence – 1 1/2 tspn.
- Raisins and cashew nut
- Sugar – 1 1/2 cup
The preparation of Coconut cake:
- Sieve All purpose flour and baking powder and keep it aside.
- Beat egg and sugar in a bowl with a beater until it becomes fluffy.
- Add oil, shredded coconut to this mix and beat it well.
- Now slowly add All purpose flour mix and fold it.
- Add salt, vanilla essence to it and mix well.
- Now our cake mix is ready for bake
- Spread butt in a nonstick pan and pour our cake mix into the pan.
- Decorate with raisins and cashew nut before bake.
- Bake it in a law flame about 30 minutes.
- Insert tooth pick to check whether it is cooked or not, if tooth pick comes out cleaned, the cake is cooked enough.
- Now our Coconut cake is ready.
