Ingredients for the Coconut cake:

  • All purpose flour – 2 cups
  • Baking powder – 1 tspn.
  • Egg – 4
  • Oil – 1 cup
  • Shredded coconut- 1 cup (fresh)
  • Vanilla essence – 1 1/2 tspn.
  • Raisins and cashew nut
  • Sugar – 1 1/2 cup

The preparation of Coconut cake:

  • Sieve All purpose flour and baking powder and keep it aside.
  • Beat egg and sugar in a bowl with a beater until it becomes fluffy.
  • Add oil, shredded coconut to this mix and beat it well.
  • Now slowly add All purpose flour mix and fold it.
  • Add salt, vanilla essence to it and mix well.
  • Now our cake mix is ready for bake
  • Spread butt in a nonstick pan and pour our cake mix into the pan.
  • Decorate with raisins and cashew nut before bake.
  • Bake it in a law flame about 30 minutes.
  • Insert tooth pick to check whether it is cooked or not, if tooth pick comes out cleaned, the cake is cooked enough.
  • Now our Coconut cake is ready.
